Objectives

The Future Summit is a high-level strategic conversation between Australia's established and emerging leaders and is designed to achieve three core objectives:

• Clarifying Australia's key challenges and identifying policy and practice options in response;
• Broadening the horizons of participants' strategic thinking with respect to key developments in the economic, geopolitical, technological, environmental and social fields and their impacts on Australia's and our regional partners' current decision making and likely future; and
• Generating a series of innovative, and realistic, outcome-oriented recommendations and strategic directions to influence key policy makers and corporate leaders.

Additionally, the Summit provides the opportunity for participants to engage in genuine relationship building and networking amongst peers and across industry and sector boundaries.
